Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种差速回弹式有序抛秧装置。外、中间和内滚筒通过法兰固定为一体,滚筒上均布有若干同轴孔,顶杆贯穿在滚筒孔中,顶杆上装有回位弹簧;在主轴上与每圈顶杆对应固定一排按相位依次排开的凸轮,在凸轮和内滚筒间的一根固定支撑在左右两静止支盘与主轴平行的支撑轴上活套着一排与凸轮对应的、都带装有一扭力回位弹簧L形杠杆,杠杆的短臂端通过一固定在静止支架上的竖导杆与凸轮接触,杠杆的长臂端通过装有回位弹簧的横导杆与顶杆接触。主轴上的凸轮与滚筒按一定速比转动,凸轮轮廓最底点时,杠杆受扭力回位弹簧的作用绕支撑轴摆动,长臂端通过横导杆推动顶杆将外滚筒内的抛秧盘钵的钵苗顶出顺着导苗管落入田中,完成有序抛秧作业。
The utility model discloses a differential rebounding sequential rice-seedling throwing device. Wherein, an outer, a middle and an interior rotary drum are fixed together through a flange. On the drums, a plurality of coaxial holes are distributed at equal distance. Knock-out pins pass through the holes. On the knock-out pins, return springs are mounted. On a main shaft, a row of cams are arranged in phases sequentially corresponding to each circle of the knock-out pins. On a supporting shaft that is parallel with the main shaft and located between the cams and the interior rotary drum and fixed on a left and a right stationary supporting disc, a row of L-like levers are looped that are corresponding to the cams and each is provided with one torsion return spring. The shorter arm ends of the levers contact with the cams through a vertical guide rod fixed on a fixed support, the longer arm ends of the levers contact the knock-out pins through a cross guide rod furnished with a return spring. The cams on the main shaft rotate with the rotary drum in certain speed ratio. When the cam profiles reach to the lowest point, the levers will rotate with the supporting shaft under action of the torsion return spring, and the longer arm ends of the levers will push the knock-out pins through the cross guide rod, the seedlings in the outer rotary drum will be knocked out and drop freely along the guide plates into the field, which realizes sequential seedling distribution.
